Newsletter data

When you subscribe, we collect your email address, signup source, consent version, and timestamp. We use it only to operate the newsletter, measure the signup-to-reply loop, prevent abuse, and honor unsubscribe requests. We do not sell subscriber data.

Public-record research

Internal source records may contain names, parcel identifiers, and street addresses found in official records. Public issue copy intentionally omits owner or borrower names and exact residential addresses. Source references and aggregate counts may be published.

Processors and retention

The configured production path uses Supabase for subscriber storage, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel for hosting. Their activation remains subject to operator verification. Consent and delivery records are retained while needed to operate the subscription and document compliance; unsubscribe records may be retained to prevent future mail.

Your choices

Every email must include an unsubscribe link. For access, correction, deletion, source correction, or privacy questions, email research@foreclosurebrief.com. Do not send sensitive identity documents by email.
