Foreclosure Brief is a narrow local research product for small investors and investor-friendly real-estate professionals. Its job is to turn public-record signals into a prioritized diligence queue without calling a notice a deal.

Each edition labels recorded facts, analyst interpretation, estimates, and unknowns separately. Public issue copy withholds owner or borrower names and exact residential addresses. We do not buy, sell, broker, finance, or recommend properties.
